Client Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Command Presence Consulting and the Client.

Services

Client is purchasing consulting, coaching, or training services as outlined at time of booking.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed. All sales are final unless otherwise stated

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee: Promotions, Test outcomes, Career advancement

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to: Actively participate, Apply strategies provided, Maintain professionalism.

Confidentiality

All materials and discussions are confidential and may not be shared.

Intellectual Property

All materials remain property of Command Presence Consulting and may not be reproduced or distributed.

Limitation of Liability

Company is not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or results based on services.

Governing Law

State of Florida

Testimonial Consent

By submitting testimonials, you grant Command Presence Consulting permission to:

  • Use your name, title, and testimonial

  • Display content on website, ads, and marketing materials

Digital Product License

When purchasing digital products, you are granted:

  • A single-user license

  • Personal use only

You may NOT:

  • Share, upload, or distribute files

  • Resell or modify content

Violation results in immediate termination and legal action.

Booking & Refund Policy

Payments

  • All services must be paid in full prior to booking confirmation

Rescheduling

  • Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late reschedules may be denied

No-Shows

  • No-shows result in forfeiture of the session

Refunds

  • All sales are final

  • Exceptions may be made at Company discretion

Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

Both parties agree not to disclose:

  • Proprietary training systems

  • Internal strategies

  • Confidential discussions

This obligation remains in effect indefinitely.

Command Presence Consulting actively monitors unauthorized use of its intellectual property and will aggressively pursue enforcement, including legal action, financial damages, and injunctive relief.
